Anonymous tips
If you are inside an operator, regulator, or industry body and want to share information anonymously, use an encrypted channel:
- Signal: send a message-request to the editorial desk address published above and ask for our Signal username. We reply with a rotating handle.
- Proton Mail: tips@bonuslists.com — end-to-end encrypted if you send from a Proton account.
- Postal: available on request — reply to newsroom@bonuslists.com with a return address (or without, if you prefer).
We take source confidentiality seriously. Anonymous sources are covered by our Editorial Policy.
Corrections
If a Bonuslists article contains a factual error, tell us the specific claim you dispute and the evidence supporting your position. We respond within five working days and — where the correction is upheld — publish the fix openly and dated. Full corrections process is in the Editorial Policy.
